Our Team
Simon Fisher heads a small team of qualified builders and project manages all sites himself. Simon’s had 25 years experience as a builder. A South Island boy, he used to run a successful construction company in Blenheim specialising in complicated hill builds in the Marlborough Sounds and large residential projects in Christchurch and Blenheim. He relocated to Wellington in 2010 to find enough hills to continue his passion.
Silke Bieda has worked for many years in management roles caring for heritage buildings. For Perry Homes Ltd, Silke works behind the scenes looking after contracts and warrantees as well as accounts. Or you could say - she keeps the boys in check and all paperwork off their backs so they can do what they know best!
